Salary Rises in Huachun, Great News to Staff

    On February 6th before the Spring Festival, though there was a nip in the air, the salary raise notice meeting held in the meeting room of Huanchun Small Loan Company gave people a torch in winter – great salary raise comes.
    Every employee was delightful. This day, all regular employees worked in Huachun for half a year could get a salary raise at least a grade. For excellent middle administrators, the salary could be leapfrog arise.    
    Attendants carrying a grateful motion expressed that they would turn their gratefulness for Mr. Li and the company to impetus of work. And they would be hell-bent on creating good results and achieving the targets set by the company.
    In recent years, instead of salary decrease we raised the salary amply even though the economic benefit of Huachun Investment Group was not so good. This was another Mr. Li’s practical deed of “making every employee rich”. This move was rare not only in Xinjiang, but also in the whole China.
    Every Huachun employee should do as follow:
    一、Cherish
    Chairman Li never treated the staff as labors and he regards every Huachun people as an investor at the cost of their lives instead. Every Huachun people could grow stronger with Huachun as long as everyone could develop their own wisdom, take root in the soil of Huachun and melt themselves into Huachun.
   For such recognition, for such platform, how can we not cherish?
    二、Feel Grateful
    Drips of beneficent water must be repaid with overflowing fountains of gratitude. If one could not repay with fountains of gratitude, he should at least be honest. The theme of the 18th CPC National Congress is to double per capita by the end of 2020 and build a well-off society in all-round way. Huchun will enable the employees to live a well-off life in advance and strive to make 3 major industries listed in the stock market, fulfilling the employees’ dreamsfof wealth.
    For such an enterprise which makes plans for staff, how do we not feel grateful?

    Although our result in 2012 is not so good, we shall bear new responsibility in the coming year. We shall treat each other sincerely and devote ourselves to the conducting new plans and pursuing our desired targets.
