The activity of Face to face between students and outstanding entrepreneur was held in autonomous region with President Li as keynote speaker

    The activity of Dream Chasing•Beautiful Xinjiang--- Face to face between students of Xinjiang University and outstanding enterprise was held by Youth League Committee of autonomous region and Xinjiang National Radio in Xinjiang University on June 5, which specially invited Mr. Li Chenggong as the keynote speaker, who is the member of the Standing Committee of autonomous region CPPCC, vice president of Federation of Industry and Commerce, board chairman and president of Xinjiang Huachun Group. About 350 people attended this activity including all college teachers and student representatives of Xinjiang University.
    Mr. Li gave a vivid lesson to students of Xinjiang University with his accumulated personal experience in this activity. He introduced employment standard of enterprises on morality and talent and encouraged students to study hard for grasping the good chance of the new thirty-year reform and opening up to be people with morality and talent. He pointed out that the youth should make a reasonable position in this era of professional competition and before huge development opportunity. Positioning is the first step to success. Undergraduates should have service awareness and continuously study to find out their own way to success. Challenge and face present difficulty. The way of success is just so simple.    
    Students actively asked questions in the activity. He suggested that contemporary college students born in 1990s should positively communicate and contact with others and society to find out and develop ability and select the right career without going with the stream. After listening his experience and successful story, students’ many doubts were solved about obtaining employment and starting a business and they were clearer about the future path of life.
