The first competition opened in Huachun Textile

    To further motivate creative vitality and enthusiasm for labor of Huachun Textile staff and promote good and fast development of production and management in all aspects, Huachun Group Trade Union decided to carry out a competition with the theme of Be a outstanding employee to make contributions on the post for half a year and it was opened in July 2013.
    The competition was the first activity carried out after that Huachun was constructed and put into operation. Deciders and staff of Huachun have high hope for Huachun Textile because it was awarded a leader of corps textile industry and a key enterprise planning to go public as one of the three main industries of the Group, where for Huachun staff to realize their dreams.
    According to the actual situation of production and management, this competition compared quality, consumption reduction, innovation and management in groups and workshops, actively mobilizing and guiding staff to provide favorable recommendations for work improvement, production and management.
    Its guiding ideology emphasizes on increasing educational level of workers, gathering wisdom and strength on completing the task and arousing staff’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity to contribute for the task.
    It aimed to make the enterprise reduce cost, innovate technology, increase economic performance, enhance the consciousness of protagonist and dedicated spirit to promote the development of enterprise through the competition.
    On the pep rally, leading group members made resolutions that they would live up to enterprise’s expectation in well organization and earnest implementation to reach desired objectives. This activity would promote production and management of Huachun enterprises and the step of going public for Huachun Textile.
