Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group was awarded national non-public enterprises labor dispute prevention demonstration unit
In resent days, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC and All-China Federation of Industry &Commerce jointly issued a document that there had been confirmed 40 large and medium-sized non-public enterprises as labor dispute prevention and conciliation demonstration units. Huachun Investment Group was the only non-public enterprise with such title in Xinjiang.
The demonstration units were those regular non-public enterprises with outstanding performance on labor relation and social stability who signed collective consultation contract on wages, built labor dispute prevention and conciliation mechanism with large social influence and good foundation of harmony labor-capital relationship.
The demonstration work aimed to explore and summarize advanced experience and rule for promoting harmony construction of labor relation in national non-public enterprises, play a demonstration effect of labor dispute prevention to effectively survey and solve labor dispute with preventive measures in order to avoid contradiction escalation of labor relation, and promote social harmony and stability.
Our country is in the high-incidence season of labor dispute. Non-public enterprises are the main channel of employment. Carrying out labor dispute prevention and conciliation work in the non-public enterprises is an important mission in the present and future to solve social contradiction escalation and realize harmonious national party and government. As a non-public enterprise with social responsibility, Huachun has become a model for non-enterprises in autonomous region or even in China to construct harmony, and its decider is an entrepreneur with strong social responsibility. The harmonious non-public enterprises will own core competence in the society and be the enterprises fully supported by governments in all level on all sides.
The country paid high attention to demonstration work. There was a centralized training for persons in charge of demonstration units jointly organized by national Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Personnel Department, Mediation Arbitration Management Department and All-China Federation of Industry &Commerce. To guarantee the effective development of demonstration work, leaders and specialists of MHRSS Arbitration Management Department, ACFIC, ACFTU, School of Law of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, professor of School of Labor and Human Resources of Renmin University of China and Director of Arbitration Institute of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Department interpreted theoretical knowledge about labor relation and dispute to prevent labor dispute in new situation including thought, main mission, related policies, legal knowledge, evaluation and analysis of hard case and labor-capital negotiation.
