Huachun cares for its employees and released education subsidy to the employees’ children for the second time
On October 24, 2010, at the ceremomy of 2010 Employees’ Children Education Subsidy Release held by Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group, nearly 10 million education subsidy was granted to employees’ children. 119 employees’ children ranging from pre-school children to college students came together joyously and cheerfully, seeming to celebrate a joyous festival. Leaders in Federation of Industry and Commerce of the Autonomous Region and heads of Political Research Office of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region attended this ceremomy and granted the subsidy to children of Huachun’ staff.
According to Management Method for Granting of Education Subsidy to Employees’ Children issued by Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group, education subsidy will be granted to employees' children every year starting from kindergarten till studying for a doctor’s degree. It’s the second time to grant education subsidy this year since 2009 when education subsidy was granted to children of the first batch of employees.
Employees' children could enjoy education subsidy up to a maximum of 1,800 Yuan. Han Chao, grass-roots employee of Xinjiang Huajing Property Company which is subsidiary subordinate to Huachun Investment Group, had three children and had lower economic income. He received a total of education subsidy of over 5,000 Yuan last year and more than 5,200 Yuan this year, which solved the acutual problem of their children’s tuition fee. Childrens’ representatives and family members of these employees expressed their heartfelt words of gratitude.
Zhang Ping, vice chairman of Federation of Industry and Commerce of the Autonomous Region stressed in his speech: Huachun’s devotion reflected its love for the motherland, the people and the whole society. To achieve leapfrog development in Xinjiang, social stability and people's well-being and livelihood improvement, we must rely on an enterprise like this who care for his staff. We have been advocating a harmonious labor relation between entrepreneurs and employees, and we hope that all the private enterprises will learn from Huachun. If they do, our society is certain to be one full of harmony, warmth and wealth equality and every family will be happy. If all the enterprises do like this, namely sharing their weath with employees, employees’ parents and children and the society when they become rich, then the entire society will be harmonious.
I was deeply moved by President Mr. Li’s speech. He said "I am a child in rural areas, and know that life is not easy. I am now an investment-based entrepreneur, all the Huachun’s employees are not workers but entrepreneurs of professional managers at the cost of life. Helping others is acutally helping ourselves. Children of Huachun’s every employee can enjoy education subsidy from kindergarten to university, studying for postgraduate’s degree or doctor’s degree. I believe my team and I will keep doing this way, and I believe under the joint efforts of Huachun’s staff, we will usher in a brilliant Huachun and Huachun is certain to develop into an enterprise that is responsible and is highly recognized by the society and makes greater contribution.
