Huachun Group cares staff, pays attention to livelihood and pays back the society
To let Muslim staff of Huachun Textile and poor minority herdsmen of Wujiaqu Sixth Agricultural Division had a pleasant and peaceful holiday, Gao Qing, chairman of Huachun Group Trade Union; Hu Mei, director of Group HR department; Bai Baobing, general manager assistant of Huachun Textile and Wang Gang, staff of Website Editorial Department visited Kazak staff’s family in Wujiaqu Huachun Textile Industrial Park at Beitashan pasture representing the president and staff of Huachun accompanied by leaders in charge of Wujiawu economy and labor employment on Aug. 4-5 before Id al-fitr (a traditional festival for minorities) for They also visited a dozen herdsman families in Beitashan pasture with 500 RMB Yuan of sympathy money.
Beitashan pasture is a remotest and poorest ghettoize of Wujiaqu Sixth Agricultural Division at the border of China and Mongolia with altitude of over 2000-3200m. Beita is a visual summary for the landform of overlapping hills, abrupt slopes, steep valleys and bare red-black rocks without a tree. It has 6 animal husbandry companies totally in more than 3000 people, which are mainly in Kazak. Vegetables and daily necessities are mostly transported form other places.
Huachun visited 4 minority staff’s family members in the poorest and remotest areas before Id al-fitr. The home of Kazak worker Shaheda in carbon-washing workshop of Huachun Textile Industrial Park is at Caojian Company of Beitashan pasture. His parents were very moved when the consolation group visited them. His father Sadan asked the group to tell his son that he should work hard for such good company.
Huachun consolation group and related Wujiaqu leaders drove to console poor herdsmen in each animal husbandry company accompanied by principals of Beitashan pasture. They were too moved to say a word when they were given 500 RMB Yuan of consolation money. Because they didn’t know each other at all, but Huachun gave them financial help at the valley they rarely went out before festival. Kasimubieke Nureahemaiti in animal husbandry team 2 of Beitashan pasture, Lanheien Sanati in team 1 and other herdsmen hoped to make the group members stay to tea and eat mutton, and shook their hands when the members refused and were about to leave.
The chairman of Huachun Trade Union gave a comprehensive introduction on main industry, enterprise strategy and excellent enterprise culture of Huachun to local principals in each animal husbandry company on the forum held in Beitashan pasture department. Huachun Group pays great attention to develop textile industry for speeding up development of poor minority areas and arranging more working chances for the minority. As a traditional industry, Wujiaqu Huachun Textile Industrial Park can provide nearly 1000 jobs and drive the development of upstream and downstream industrial chain, especially for the production and employment of local agro-pastoralists. Huachun determines to strengthen and expand Xinjiang textile industry to revitalize national industry and makes due contribution for absorbing more surplus minority labor.
