Investigating group of autonomous region inspected Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group

    Cheng Zhenshan, the vice-chairman of autonomous region CPPCC, director of United Front Work Department of autonomous region Party Committee and party committee secretary of Non-public Economic Organization; Wan Shui, the deputy director of United Front Work Department of autonomous region Party Committee, vice executive party committee secretary of Non-public Economic Organization and Leading Party Group secretary of Federation of Industry and Commerce; Xierzhati Bawudong, the Municipal Standing Committee member and director of United Front Work Department; Reyihan Abudurexiti, the High-tech Zone (Xinshi District) Standing Committee member and director of United Front Work Department and other eleven people inspected the Group on the spot in the morning of April 15. The president Li Chenggong, vice president Li Ronggui, the principals of party, trade union and league, and other managers attended the investigation meeting.
    The integrating group of autonomous region conducted field visit and survey on three non-public enterprises led by Huachun Group in High-tech Zone (Xinshi District) for non-public enterprises executing non-public enterprises on Party’s 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, Politburo Standing Committee Meeting on Dec. 19, the speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, practical activities of theoretical and practical teaching, organizational building of basic chamber of commerce in federation of industry and commerce and（2011）No. 26 document of party committee of autonomous region.
    Mr. Li made an overall introduction to the investigating group the current situation, strategic planning, industrial distribution and development prospect of the main three industries of Huachun. He expressed that as a non-public enterprise, Huachun should undertake the sense of social responsibility to promote employment and let its development results benefit more masses, which are also an important mission for private enterprises. Yan Tianli, the party secretary, introduced implementation conditions of Huachun party committee on playing the role of CCP’s fort and carrying out party-building centered on enterprise development.
    The vice-chairman Cheng Zhenshan fully affirmed the achievement of Huachun Group from three points below: first, Huachun industry: I fully knew about its industries through the introduction by the president. The development of Huachun owes to its own advantage and resource superiority in Xinjiang. The selection, implementation and production capacity formed of Huachun Pharmacy and Textile will play a supporting role on the economic development of the whole autonomous region; second, employment: it is a labor-intensive industry with good future which can promote employment. The production of raw materials and industrial development will increase the income of agro-pastoralists; third, Huachun party-building work: the strongly support of Huachun entrepreneurs on party building can make the party infiltrate everywhere. I believe that Huachun will achieve greater success.
