Great news!! The development of Huachun Textile was brought into Planning Outline of autonomous region

    The Economic &Informatization Commission of autonomous region definitely brought the development of Huachun Textile Industrial Park into the plan of promoting employment for millions of people in textile and clothing industry and will further increase the support of employment policy on April 22 in the Xinjingxinbanzi (2014) No. 160 document replying to No. 124 proposal of the second session of the 11th CPPCC in autonomous region.
    Mr. Li, the standing committee member of the CPPCC in autonomous region investigates mass condition and concerns people’s livelihood, actively participating in the management of State affairs, and his proposal of Suggestion on Building a Joint Mechanism between Cashmere Base and Leading Enterprise has been paid great attention by the government.
    The autonomous region enacted Planning Outline of Promoting Employment for Millions of People in Textile and Clothing Industry (2014-2023), which clearly asked for the production scale of textile should reach to 50000 spindles in 2023, according to the requirement of Yu Zhengsheng, the member of CPC Central Committee Political Bureau, CPPCC chairman and Central Work in Xinjiang Coordination Group leader during investigation there.
    The connecting mechanism shall play an active role in promoting the maintenance of material supply for textile enterprises, quality improvement, and the enhancement of overall development level and market competitiveness in the cashmere industry of our region.
    Xinjiang Huachun Textile is a key enterprise of autonomous region, and the textile is a key livelihood industry of the region. So the Economic &Informatization Commission of autonomous region brings the development of Huachun Textile Industrial Park into the plan of promoting employment for millions of people in textile and clothing industry when carrying out the Planning Outline, and will further increase the support of employment policy to promote healthy and rapid development for the textile industry of the region.
