Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group joined in China Guangcai Program in South Xinjiang

    The grand meeting of China Guangcai Program in South Xinjiang with the theme of Carry Forward Guangcai Spirit, Advocate the Development of South Xinjiang was held in Kashi, the bright pearl at the west frontier of China on the ancient Silk Road, on August 12, the 20th anniversary of Guangcai Program. It attracted over 500 famous entrepreneurs around China to Kashi for discussing policies of development, stabilization and Xinjiang aiding with 70 million RMB Yuan of donated public funds and 315 of investment project. The Group dispatched the president accompanied by other seven officials to attend the meeting and sign strategic investment framework agreement on projects of textile, finance and insurance, herbs planting, cashmere production and processing base set in Kashi by three main Huachun industries with Kashi Special Zone Management Committee.
    This event was held by United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, CSPGP, Party Committee and Government of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops for implementing the central spirit of work in Xinjiang. It is a concrete practice integrating morality and interest by non-public economy personages through connecting advantages of fund, management, technology and information with resource and regional advantages in Kashi of Xinjiang.
    On the opening ceremony of China Guangcai Program in South Xinjiang, all the 1000 seats were occupied in the multi-function hall of Kashi Yinruilin International Hotel. Han Yong, deputy party secretary of autonomous region, said on the opening ceremony: “I sincerely hope that All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce serves as a bridge to guide private enterprises grasp the opportunity on the platform of Xinjiang aiding, receiving new achievement on closing to people’s heart and new breakthrough on promoting employment with industry. The autonomous region will deepen the reform further, transform function and actively create good environment for the development of non-public economy.”
    Quan Zhezhu, the undersecretary of the United Front Work Department of CPCCC, party group secretary of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, executive vice-chairman and vice-chairman of CSPGP, stressed that promoting the steady development of Xinjiang was an important mission endowed to non-public enterprises, a strategic choice for private enterprises to insist scientific development and speed up transformation and upgrading, and the concrete practice for non-public ownership economic personage to firm ideal and faith. Representatives presented at the meeting visited Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Kashi Special Economic Development Zone, Kashi Finance and Trade Zone, Caohu Industrial Park of No. 41 Regiment and so on.
    Under the guidance of related department leaders in Kashi special zone, the president Li Chenggong and his accompanying personnel specially visited Qilu Ruyi Textile Base, standard plants in special zone and Kashi Kunlun Uyghur Pharmacy Co., Ltd. of Huachun projects. Through investigation, it is thought that there is a cooperative base with Kunlun Uyghur Pharmacy Co., Ltd. with an area of 100mu, the company mainly produces 3 kinds of Uyghur medicine with intellectual property right and 77 kinds of preparations in the GMP code requirement. The vitiligo medicine of Compound Vernonia Anthelmintica Pill and Vitiligo Elimination Ointment and CVD Uyghur medicine of Rose Oral Liquid have magic effect. Kashgar Uyghur medicine and ethnic drug have abundant resource, enjoy rich sunshine, four distinctive seasons and be irrigated by snow water, which maintain and extend the traditional feature and natural characteristic. Both Huachun Group and Kunlun Uyghur Pharmacy communicated with each other on the cooperation and other aspects.
    Huachun Group also held talks with Li Yang, the deputy director of Kashi Special Zone Management Committee, and persons in charge of promotion agency, investment attracting center and other related departments. Li Chenggong put forward the idea of building joint channel in Kashi for three industries of Huachun. As a national advanced private enterprise for employment arrangement, Huachun combines its development with poverty relief and economic development in South Xinjiang to make people of all nationalities rich by labor with the emphasis of people’s livelihood. Projects of Huachun Pharmacy in plantation, cashmere breeding base, finance and insurance industry brought in Kashi will play an important role in driving medium small and micro-sized enterprises and agro-pastoralists in Kashi and even South Xinjiang to get rich, extending industrial chain, creating employment and other aspects.
    The deputy director Li Yang said that he met too late with Huachun Group. He expressed that Kashi Special Zone Management Committee will firstly lead the work in all respects for Huachun Group. Kashi cashmere market hasn’t formed a certain scale at present. Kashi has five ports connecting eight countries and unique geological advantage, which has a great prospect using two resources and two markets in and around Xinjiang through the platform of Kashi Special Zone; it will secondly provide Huachun with preferential policies and all-around services.
