Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group won honors consecutively

    When the extraordinary year 2008 came to an end, Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group won may honors with practical action: National AAA Unit in Quality, Service and Credit of Manufacturing by China Association for Quality and Credit Supervision in October, “2008 (the First Batch of) National Credible Enterprise in Credit Construction” and “National Government-Assured and Customer-Satisfied Advanced Unit” by China Credit Evaluation Center and China Enginnering Quality Management Committee in November and obtained a medal and certificate (certificate No. Z0080100316).
    Quality and integrity is the lifeblood of industrial development. Evaluation of quality and credit is conducted in accordance with the requirement of“ promoting sound and fast development of national economy, perfecting modern market system and pushing forward credit building” put forward in The Report of The 17th National Congress of CPC, Construction Law of thePeople's Republic of China, Regulations on Construction Project Quality, Outline for the Development Social Credit Stystem issued by the State Council in order to expedite quality and credit system construction in terms of real estate, building, municipal administration, supervision, bidding agency, surveying, consulting and other related sectors and push quality and credit construction in project building to a new starting point and promote a better and faster development of project construction undertaking.    
    Xinjiang Huachun Investment Group has set an example of integrity in real estate development. It adhered to fundamental norms of good faith during the cooperation with more than 70-80 construction companies and supervision institutions and paid 100% salary to migrant workers according to contracts, and these partners sent letters of thanks and certificates one after another, which was the first case in real estate of Urumqi. Xinjiang Legal News, Xinjiang Economic Daily and other media took Huachun as a credit model and carried out continuous report to it, which made Huachun a became a model of credit with professional ethincs in the real estate development in Urumqi.
    Considering Huachun’s achievements, social contribution and popularity in the sector, it was award the above honorary title after evaluated by China Credit Evaluation Center and checked by China Enginnering Quality Management Committee since it conformed to Regulations on Construction Project Quality, Outline for the Development Social Credit Stystem and relevant policies and laws.
