Huachun is a big family and cares for its staff

    At the end of 2009 when the entire world was immersed in the joyous atmosphere of celebrating New Year, Huachun’s staffs were worried about two employees with disease: one was Tong Wanjun, toll collector of Huajing Property Co., Ltd, a subsidy of the Group; the other was Zhang Wei, head of HR Department of the Group. Led by President Mr. Li, employees made donations to them one after another.
    Tong Wanjun, formerly a migrant worker, worked Huachun since August 2005. Recently, he suffered with white plague upon examination and needed to return to native place Gansu for long-term treatment and rest. Chairman Mr. Li Chenggong immediately gave him a 10,000 Yuan of subsidy and Huachun’s staff also lent him a hand, sending more than 20,000 Yuan of donations to him. Zhang Wei suffered with sudden cerebral hemorrhage and was admitted to the ICU for emergency treatment; President Mr. Li Chenggong immediately took out 50,000 Yuan as medical expenses.    
    For a company with several hundred of employees, it is normal that an employee occasionally got sick, but in Huachun, it will be like family member suffering from disease, affects the whole family's heart. Whether it is a grass-roots employee, or an administrator in the Group, they will be treated equally without discrimination. Tuberculosis is a chronic disease, and cerebral hemorrhage makes people feel timid when hearing it. Although Tong Wanjun may not retrun to Huachun if leaving and consequences of cerebral hemorrhage is difficult to predict, Huachun is obligatory to help them since they are Huachun’s employees, component part and family member.
    Again, the facts prove the breadth of President Mr. Li’s mind: Our meeting is the God’s will. Although we have no blood relationship, the affection between us is deeper than that between full brothers and full sisters as long as we make sincere and great efforts.
    It’s not family affecttion, but deeper than that. In the the fickleness of the world, one can hardly meet a team like Huachun filled with the warmth, and more hardly meet a president Mr. Li Chenggong who care for his staff meticulously. Huachun’s kindness makes us realize that being Huachun’s employees is our good fortune.
    There is such a leader and such as team in Huachun, we have every reason to believe that as long as we stick together, we will be able to realize our common dream finally!
